Cancellation Policy:
35% Security deposit will be required before booking an event with us. If rented items are cancelled within 3 days of delivery date security deposit will not be refunded.
If items are cancelled within 24 hours of delivery date 50% of the invoice will be charged.
If items are cancelled same day as delivery date 100% of invoice will be charged.
If any rented items are damaged (broken, burnt, waxed) you will be charged full price.
Unused items are not refundable once delivered.
